Qigong is an ancient chinese self healing practice that works wonders for the mind, body and spirit. It is a moving meditation that stands for energy skill and it helps you to nurture a deeper connection with yourself. This practice wil not only help you to heal but will also teach you to harness your internal power and direct it to what you want to manifest in your life. It has helped to heal my asthma and vertigo, and it has been known to heal a plethora of imbalances illnesses and diseases. Because it consists of mindful movement, it also has massive benefits for mental health and allows you to return to the present moment in order to live a more peaceful and joyful life.


Meditation is one of the most powerful practices that can literally heal you and uplevel your life from the inside out. The more you practice, the easier it is to let go of the past, remain in the present and to manifest for the future. Many believe that meditation means not having any thoughts - and while this is a good end goal it is completely normal to have thoughts during. The most important part is the practice of choosing not to latch onto these thoughts  and letting them go. Meditation can be used for anything under the sun, have fun with it and use it for your benefit! I feel so passionately about the practice of meditation and I believe it is truly one of the keys to living a fulfilling and happy life.
